About 600 children have to be supplied with food daily, things have to be repaired and the schools terrain maintained.
This logistic challenge is taken by the kitchen crew, who prepares three meals daily for all the kids. They are equipped with a gas stove in the kitchen. This is hard work to do. Even though the kitchen is well equipped for Indian conditions, it is not comparable with an European canteen kitchen.
Thanks to this crew many smaller or bigger problems like a defect light or a broken chair are solved quickly.
